WHAT DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A CONSULTATION?
A consultation costs 0,75 £ per minute. There will be no additional costs. These costs will be charged automatically to your phone bill.

WHEN CAN I CALL?
Our consultants are available 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday. A prior appointment is not necessary.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES APART FROM THE TELEPHONE COSTS AND WHY ARE THEY CHARGED VIA A 0906 NUMBER? No! The charges will cover all costs. They will be charged automatically by your telephone company. Therefore there is no requirement for any personal details or information about bank accounts or credit cards. You will remain absolutely anonymous.

HOW CAN I USE THE LINE EVEN MORE EFFECTIVELY? We would suggest that you change your phone to the so-called tone based dialing mode. Please consult the manual for your phone. You can skip the intro by immediately pressing the 'Zero' on your phone pad. This however only works when you can change your phone’s dialling mode. Should this not be possible you will be asked to answer some questions, which you can then answer with YES or NO in order to be put through to a card reader.

WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS? In case of technical problems you can contact our service provider Crystal Entertainment by phone on workdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Phone 0049-211-535910). Of course you can also contact us via e-mail at service@astrologen24.de. We will immediately deal with your request. Please note that the telephone company will automatically interrupt any calls after 60 minutes and that this is not a technical problem but serves for your own protection.

HOW DOES ASTROMAIL WORK? AstroMail is a free newsletter of Psychics24.
As soon as you have registered we shall send you confirmation per e-mail. Starting on the following day you will then receive our daily Newsletter with the horoscope for the signs of the zodiac you have stated.
Your e-mail address will be exclusively used for this purpose and not forwarded to third parties.
Should you at a later date decide that you no longer want to receive this newsletter you can cancel it at any time. You will find the relevant link at the end of each Newsletter.

HOW DOES ASTRODIRECT WORK? You will find a separate PIN by each name. When you ring us we will ask you to enter your (two-digit) PIN number. After you have entered your PIN, you will be immediately connected. The status of the individual card readers will be updated every 15 seconds. Should you ring a card reader, and should it come to overlapping with another caller, we shall introduce you to the other available astrologers, leaving you the choice of either ringing again later or consulting another astrologer.

HOW DOES THE ASTROCAM WORK? Before long it will be possible for you to see your astrologer on this site during your telephone conversation.
By using web cams the consultation can be conducted even more personally. Of course you don’t need any additional hard- and software, and you will remain anonymous during the consultation.
